Back in March, one month after Trump employed a much larger U.S.-Israeli military operation against Iran on February 28, 2026, Sen. Ted Cruz gave a prediction that is coming true.
Trump first attacked Iran in June of 2025, but continued the conflict in 2026.
“I don’t believe that what is happening in Iran will be front and center on November,” Sen. Cruz said. “If it extends that long, we’ve done something wildly wrong.”
Did Cruz believe the words that came out of Demented Donald’s mouth when he bragged over and over again that the Iran war was just about over, and that they’ve been decimated? Trump personally briefed Cruz before the February attacks took place.
Cancun Cruz is eating his words now.
