THE OPPOSITION MOVEMENT NEEDS TO SPEED UP AND EXPAND ON STRATEGIES THAT WILL STOP THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION’S ILLEGAL ABUSE OF POWER AND THE VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS. MURDER AND PHYSICAL VIOLENCE IS BEING NORMALIZED AND JUSTIFIED BY A PARTY THAT CARES ABOUT MONEY AND POWER MORE THAN DECENCY AND HUMANITY.
Americans realize while the MAGA Party ( formerly known as the Republican Party) are in control of all three branches of the government, the cruelty and carnage across this country will not be stopped by Congress. That is why Americans are depending on individual state leaders to use the powers of any state law that has the potential to prosecute any elected official that brings harm to their states and their constituents.
The pressure on these leaders to sue, accuse, investigate, and humiliate any federal official in the Administration is mounting. Lives need to be saved. Rights need to be protected. Democracy needs to be preserved. Criminality and cruelty need to be banned from our government.

● IF A FEDERAL LAW VIOLATES A STATE LAW, CAN THE STATE OFFICIAL PRESS CHARGES AGAINST THE FEDERAL OFFICIAL WHO EXECUTED THE ACTION?
● CAN A STATE ATTORNEY’S GENERAL OR GOVERNOR BLOCK A FEDERAL OFFICIAL FROM ENTERING THEIR STATE BY ASSERTING THAT THEY PRESENT A DANGER TO THE CITIZENS?
● CAN A STATE ATTORNEY’S GENERAL OR GOVERNOR FORCE THE COURTS TO SPEEDILY ADDRESS PENDING CASES WHERE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS VIOLATED STATE LAWS AND THE RIGHTS OF IT’S CITIZENS?

● RESTRICT THE CONTRIBUTIONS THEIR STATE MAKES TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
● FORCE THE MEDIA TO CUT INTO RED RURAL CITIES PROGRAMMING TO REPORT ON FACTS THAT EDUCATE THEM ON ACTIONS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS TAKING THAT ENDANGER THEM PHYSICALLY OR FINANCIALLY AND VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION.
● FIND WAYS TO BRING STATES’ RIGHTS CASES TO THE SUPREME COURT ON AN EXPEDITED, EMERGENCY BASIS.
● IDENTIFY ACTS COMMITTED BY A PRESIDENT THAT ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE IMMUNITY RULING AND PROSECUTE TRUMP.
● SPREAD THE POSSIBILITY THAT THE 2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION RESULTSL ARE BEING CHALLENGED AND INVESTIGATED BY THE SWING STATES
The Democrats are poised to regain power in one, and possibly both, chambers of Congress. To achieve that goal, we have to register more democrats and provide the small number of Republican people who are not MAGA and independent voters with facts about the erosion of our democracy and how the decline offour economy, national security, and values are going to affect them and their families. Strategies ust include concrete examples of how their families, health, and income will be negatively affected if they do not join the opposition to save America from the current trend towards totalitarianism.
