Weaponization: The Abuse Of Power To Falsely Investigate Or Prosecute Someone When No Crime Has Been Committed.

The courts are clear: Trump has committed crimes.

This is what dictatorships do. Letting this happen in America is ridiculous and dangerous. Analyze how Putin or President Xi rule, and it is obvious how the Republicans and Trump define what American democracy should look like.

Trump has made the weaponization of his DOJ his #1 priority in his 2nd term. He has effectively labeled the past prosecutions and investigations against him as weaponized witch hunts.  His supporters have believed him despite the excessive, tangible evidence of his crimes.

● He incited the Jan. 6th insurrection at the Capitol and during the riot did nothing to stop the violence that was occurring towards Congress and the DC and Capitol police.

● He was involved in creating a fake elector scheme in Georgia to change the outcome of Joe Biden’s victory.

● He called Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger during the 2020 election and pressured him to find 11,781 votes, which was 1 more than was needed for him to win the state.

● He violated the Presidential Records Act by illegally removing classified documents from the White House and relocating them at unsecured areas at his residence at Mara- a- Lago

● He paid a bribe to porn star Stormy Daniels during the 2020 campaign to hide his affair with her and influence the outcome of the election.

The Merritt Garland DOJ didn’t weaponize itself against Donald Trump. It did not falsely investigate and prosecute him. TRUMP COMMITTED CRIMES AND GOT CAUGHT. Unlike the Trump/Blanche DOJ that prosecutes based on revenge, cruelty, and falsehoods, the Merritt Garland DOJ followed the Constitution and initiated the indictments of Donald Trump based on violations of the rule of law. Trump was investigated based on evidence that implicated him in crimes that violated the Constitution.

Except for the Trump Supreme Court’s majority, the courts, including those with Trump-appointed judges, have consistently acknowledged Trump’s criminal and constitutional violations.

In Trump world and in Trump’s mind, anytime he is accused of wrongdoing or caught in the act of committing a crime, he labels the process as  “weaponization” against him. He whines, tantrums, lies, and threatens to distract his supporters from learning the facts about his crimes. His use of gaslighting, disinformation, and grandiose false promises has been an effective political strategy. However, his star is now fading. His manipulative, dishonest style of politicking has grown tired, even with his base. During his 2nd term, his criminality has continued and expanded.

● Insider trading

● Destroying taxpaer owned property

● Violating of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution

● Starting an ilkegal war in Iran

● Establishing illegal tariff policies

● Ordering ICE to illegally violate the rights of immigrants and Americans

● Ignoring the Epstein Transparency Act Law by blocking the full release of the unredacted Epstein files

● Making illegal moves to suppress access to voting in the midterms.

There is no question that Trump exercises his executive powers with disregard for the Constitution. Why, in our democracy, is a president who violates the Constitution allowed to stay in power?
