JIm Jordan Shrugs Over DOJ Withholding Damaging Epstein Evidence

Rep Jim Jordan made several puzzling remarks when asked by CNN if Trump should meet Epstein survivors and did he know that the DOJ may have covered up evidence against Trump sexually assaulting a teen by Trump.

Manu Raju asked the despicable Jordan if Trump should meet the Epstein survivors attending the SOTU tonight.

The highly opinionated and scurrilous Ohio Republican who demands Democrats resign or be arrested on a daily basis suddenly has no opinion on that issue.

“I leave that up to the White House,” Jordan replied.

He followed that up by making a bizarre statement about Trump palling around with Jeffrey Epstein.

“Everyone knows that the president didn’t do anything wrong because if he had, you don’t think the Garland Justice Department in the Biden administration would have brought something up?” he said. “I mean, everyone knows he didn’t do anything wrong here.”

WRONG!

This is a ridiculous argument, but MAGAts are grasping at straws.

Trump was mentioned thousands of times in the Epstein files and drew him a sexually suggestive birthday card.

The claim that Merrick Garland didn’t release any information is not a defense of anything, especially the idea Trump was innocent of all. It only proves Biden’s Attorney General didn’t bother to review the Epstein material and his staff was painfully slow about investigating it.

A large majority of people believe Trump has been dishonest in his handling on the matter of the Epstein files.

Raju peppered the MAGA Congressman more on the alleged covered up evidence, while Jordan feigned ignorance.

RAJU: Congressman Robert Garcia said today that the DOJ appears to have withheld FBI interviews with a survivor who accused President Trump of serious crimes.

Are you aware of DOJ withholding?

JORDAN: I’m not.

RAJU: Are you going to ask about it? Do you want to see this information?

JORDAN: But I’m confident that Attorney General Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Blanch, the Justice Department is complying with the law, complying with the courts, and getting that information to Congress as the statute requires.

Jordan’s response was to ignore the question because he doesn’t want to see the information about Trump demanding oral sex from a 13-year-old.

A vast majority of people do not trust AG Pam Bondi nor Todd Blanche, who previously cut a deal with Epstein’s partner Ghislaine Maxwell and moved her to a cushier prison for giving off the record testimony that she didn’t see Trump do anything untoward to underage girls.

Jordan sees conspiracies in his sleep when it comes to Democrats, but with Jeffrey Epstein and Trump he doesn’t bother to review the Epstein material because he sees only innocence.

That tells us all we need to know.
